Amatan is a DJ and electronic music producer based in Geneva. Enriched and inspired by the cultures he has encountered on his many travels around the world, Amatan has honed his sound through his musical projects, exploring a wide range of atmospheres and sonorities. His sets, which oscillate between downtempo and Afro house, subtly blend vocals and ethnic instruments over slow tempos.

As a DJ, he has performed in numerous clubs and electronic festivals over the last ten years, alongside such benchmark artists as

Dandara, Kaob, Amine K and Guy Mantzur, among others. As a producer, his musical explorations can be found on labels such as Ohxala, Lump, Oriental Deep and Cosmovisions.
