In order to buy a ticket, you need to create an account on our shop when purchasing your first ticket, or directly on this link.
From your account, you can re-print your tickets at any time, download them onto your smartphone, check your purchase history, and much more.
The evening of the concert, bring your tickets and present them directly to the personnel of the venue.
In order to download your tickets in PDF you may need an up-to-date version of Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Important
In order to create your account, you will need to enter a valid email address and choose a password. These will become your login details, keep them carefully.
- Select a concert.
- Click the "buy now" button.
- You will be redirected to the online ticketing for your selected concert. Choose your seats directly from the plan of the venue. Click then on "add to basket" at the bottom of the page, then on "buy now".
- Connect to your account with your email and password.
- Go to check out.
- Print your tickets at home or download them on your smartphone (e-ticket).

When booking by phone, payment can be made immediately by credit card, or by using the payment slip. Please note that paying by payment slip, an additional charge of CHF 5 will be added and payment must be made within 10 days, or seats will not be held, and will be put back on sale. For telephone orders, there is an additional postage charge of CHF 5.

Access for persons with reduced mobility
Each hall has access for people with reduced mobility. Please contact the OSR box office for seat allocation on: +41 (0)22 807 00 00.
People with reduced mobility and their companions are entitled to free admission to evening concerts, subject to reservation and availability.
Guide dogs are welcome at our concerts.
Special offers
The Orchestre de la Suisse Romande is a partner of the Chéquier culture, offered by the City of Geneva. Six vouchers, each worth CHF 10, can be used individually or in total. They can also be used as partial or total payment of the ticket.

The CarteCulture card allows adults in the canton of Vaud to attend OSR concerts in Lausanne at youth rates for all our indoor categories (from CHF 30 to CHF 10).
Classical music at a low price - it's possible!
The youth rate is valid for all OSR concerts.
People under the age of 28 on the date of purchase are eligible for a discount of up to 70% off the full price. Proof of date of birth is required when booking and at the concert entrance.

In Geneva, it allows young people under the age of 21 to purchase
tickets for CHF 8 (from category 1 onwards). To purchase a ticket for CHF 8, simply present your card at the OSR box office during our opening hours or at the Victoria Hall box office one hour before the start of the concert.
Discounted culture in the canton of Vaud for secondary II students
The Passculture allows students and apprentices in the canton of Vaud to attend OSR concerts in Lausanne at the attractive price of CHF 5 (categories 3 to 6).
Advance booking only by telephone on +41 (0)22 807 00 00 or directly at the venue during concerts, subject to availability.
The Théâtre de Carouge, the Grand Théâtre de Genève, the Théâtre Am Stram Gram and the Orchestre de la Suisse Romande are offering a combined subscription, reserved for new residents of the canton of Geneva. For CHF 100, pass holders can enjoy a performance in each of the institutions.
Passes are available to buy from the Théâtre de Carouge. Present your pass at the chosen institution either in advance or on the night of the performance to reserve your seat.

The recipient of your gift can choose from a broad programme of evening concerts, chamber music concerts, concerts for families & children, or even film concerts.
Vouchers can be redeemed on the website, via phone or at the box office. It is valid for five years from the date of purchase.
Terms and Conditions of Sale
Prices are given in Swiss Francs.
To benefit from a discounted rate, you must present a legitimate document when collecting tickets (depending on the method chosen) and when your tickets are being checked.
VISA, EUROCARD, AMEX, JCB
Online payment is made in accordance with the terms and conditions of the SSL payment system. All information is protected and encrypted before being processed. Please verify that a padlock appears in the status bar of your browser.
Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded, even in the event of loss or theft.
In the event of the performance being cancelled, only the event organiser may be liable for reimbursement.
Once the performance has started, seat numbers are no longer guaranteed until intermission and access to the hall will only be permitted at the appropriate time.
Changes to the programme or performers, such as the interruption of a performance after the first half of its duration, are not eligible for a refund.
It is forbidden to photograph, film or record performances.
Tickets can be sent by post.
Electronic tickets must be printed or downloaded onto a mobile device before attending the concert.
The order price will increase depending on the chosen retrieval method.
The OSR cannot be held responsible for loss, theft or delay in the delivery of tickets
In the event of a cancellation by the organiser, the sum paid by the audience member will be refunded at the request of the interested party within a maximum period of 30 days from the date of the show and after the return of the ticket(s) only at the OSR, rue Bovy-Lysberg 2, 1204 Geneva.
Only the OSR is authorised to deal with complaints and/or disputes relating to the product sold or service provided.
If the dispute relates to payment transactions, the banking establishment or third party responsible for the payment system may be consulted. The election of domicile is made by the OSR at its head office in Geneva. In the event of a dispute concerning the execution of the sales contract or the price payment, the Court of Geneva will have sole jurisdiction.
Other than special and written agreements, any order automatically entails acceptance of our conditions of online sale on the part of the buyer.
