We accept both French and German bow player - All pieces must be played in orchestral tuning.

1) One required concerto of your choice
Mozart - 1st movement without cadenza from a concerto (G or D)

2) Orchestral excerpts 1st flute
Bizet - Carmen, prelude to Act 3

3) Orchestral excerpts 2nd flute
Bartók - Concerto for Orchestra (bars 60 to 86 & 198 to 227)
Mendelssohn - Symphony No. 4, Andante con moto (up to 9 before A) and Saltarello (beginning at bar 34)
Verdi - Don Carlos, No. 4 (15 after B to F) and No. 15 (F to G and L to M)
Smetana - The Moldau, solo from the Allegro

All 2nd flute parts may be played with the music stand.
