The OSR is delighted to welcome Marc Perrenoud, key figure of modern Jazz, as artist in residence for the 2022-23 season. He has already had a great success on the online platforms and stages around the world, from New York to Buenos Aires via Montreux, Stuttgart or Turkey; as a soloist or with his trio.  Mad about music, he is just as inspired and in awe of Gesualdo as Chopin or Keith Jarret.

For this concert, we can find him surrounded by passionate jazz-lovers from the OSR, for a homage to composer Chick Correa, who passed away in 2021. The great improvisor regularly visited French-speaking Switzerland and the Victoria Hall to play his own works, many of which have become the standards of modern jazz.
