Peter and the Wolf, symphonic tale adapted for a wind quintet.

The music

The Roulotte de l'Orchestre de la Suisse Romande will once again be parading through six six towns in French-speaking Switzerland: on their mobile stage, the musicians have prepared tailor-made programmes for young and old alike, with varied concerts adapted to the setting of each of the host towns.
The Roulotte was initially set up as part of the spring 2020 lockdown to compensate for the lack of cultural events and activities during this period. Two years later, the adventure continues and its role goes far beyond: its success has been such that its tour is becoming a tradition.

In the warm setting of Evaux en Fêtes, two groups of musicians from the OSR will perform in Evaux with festive and varied works for brass quartet and the fairy tale Peter and the Wolf specially adapted for children aged 4 and over in a version for wind quintet and narrator.
And to top it all off, there will be an animation for the children, who will have the opportunity to try out some of the instruments provided for them.

This event is organised as part of Evaux en Fêtes 2022 - 50 events in the Parc des Evaux.
