
Born in Geneva in 1994, Bastien Blanchard graduated with honors from the Conservatoire Populaire (CPMDT) and completed his training at the École de Théâtre Serge Martin in 2017. As an actor, he regularly performs in Geneva for directors and for his own projects.
He also created three plays by English author Dennis Kelly at Théâtre de la Parfumerie. He has also appeared at the Espace Vélodrome in Plan-les-Ouates in L'Histoire du Soldat (2018) and Cyrano (2024), which he created in a shortened, musical version with Olivier Kessi. He also regularly performs Le Promptu, a comedy and song show with Antoine Courvoisier.
Also a musician, he composes most of the music that accompanies his shows.
He will soon be directing Canicule at Amis musiquethéâtre, a play he wrote himself.
