The music

Once upon a time, there was a small tailor who had to constantly chase away the flies that bothered him in his work. One day he killed seven of them with a single stroke of his belt.

Proudly, he said: "What a great guy I am, the whole town should know about it! The town? No! The whole world must know!"

Convinced that he could brave all dangers, he set off on his adventure....

The Tailor's Tale, is a musical story written by the Hungarian composer Tibor Harsanyi (1898-1954), based on a story by the Brothers Grimm entitled Seven at Once or The Bold Little Tailor.
