The Foundation, the General Manager and all the members of the Orchestre de la Suisse Romande congratulate Maestro Jonathan Nott on his appointment as Music Director of the Gran Teatre del Liceu from 2026.

On 26 March 2026, ahead of the orchestra’s concert at the Philharmonie de Paris, Ms Tania Cavassini, Swiss Ambassador to France, welcomed a delegation from the Orchestre de la Suisse Romande and its close partners. The meeting emphasised the role of culture in representing Switzerland in Europe.
