The auditorium was converted into a tiered amphitheatre. The capacity of the theatre hall is 1155 seats, and the hall can be adapted for conferences, formal meetings and concerts.

The opera and ballet theatre has been comprehensively designed to include all necessary artistic, social and technical operations. The axis of the stage area consists of a stage with a turntable, which is connected at the back and two side stages. In addition to rehearsal rooms for orchestra, soloists, choir and ballet, there are dressing rooms, painters, workshops, storage rooms and other accessories. The social part consists of an auditorium for 1383 spectators, designed as a tiered amphitheatre with a ring of boxes. They are surrounded on three floors by public spaces, operationally interconnected and optically interconnected.
