Yuwen Zhu completed her Master’s degree from the Universität Mozarteum Salzburg where she studied with Prof. Rainer Schmidt.

Since fall 2024, she joins the Orchestre de la Suisse Romande as a Tutti Second Violinist. She previously served as the Principal of the Second Violin at Gärtnerplatztheater Munich and has held position with Philharmonia Zürich.

She has also been engaged as a guest with the Münchener Kammerorchester and Camerata Salzburg.
