A prolific and hyperactive artist, often referred to as an essential figure on the European underground scene, Mimetic wears many hats with great class. Artistic director of the Electron festival, he excels behind the decks, exploiting the percussive side of his multi-faceted Techno, but also the hypnotic melodies, with an impeccable selection.

Mimetic is the solo project of Jérôme Soudan, who has been on the music circuit for over 25 years. This prolific artist has produced numerous albums and collaborated with artists such as Von Magnet, Terence Fixmer and Column One. He is also the percussionist and one of the composers of the group Art Zoyd, which regularly puts on gargantuan shows around the world.

Classically trained, Jérôme Soudan has also worked with a number of leading dance companies in Berlin, Paris and Geneva. His background and diverse influences have enabled him to create a deep, complex music, with danceable electro sounds and powerful beats.
