Born in Brazil, Ivani Venturieri studied in her country before perfecting her skills at the Mozarteum in Salzburg, winning a first prize for virtuosity in Hans Leygraf's class. A winner of several competitions in Brazil and Italy, she performs with the most important orchestras in her country, such as the Brazilian Symphony Orchestra and the National Theatre Orchestra of Brasilia.

She is also an active chamber musician. With the Trio Eléonore she has recorded two CDs on the Gallo label. She is the artistic assistant pianist of the professional classes at the HEM-Geneva and is regularly invited as official pianist at international competitions.
