Choirs from the Institut Jaques-Dalcroze, directed by Agnès Schnyder.
The children's choir is open to students aged between 7 and 11, while the teenage choir is open to students aged between 12 and 18. They rehearse separately every Wednesday at the Institut.
Their aim is to discover the joys of choral singing through a wide repertoire. They are also involved in a number of stage projects.
The aim is also to meet different personalities and styles, to work with instrumental and vocal ensembles from the canton of Geneva, and to sing in places that are sometimes prestigious, sometimes unusual.
The HEM medieval ensemble for a project on 16th-century Japan, Evaristo Perez for a jazz project, Man's one and Speaker B for a hip hop project, the HEM for a creation by Samuel Ducommun, and the CMG choir, conducted by Cécile Polin Rogg, for an opera by Cherubini, Ali Baba, a CD of songs arranged by Emile Jaques-Dalcroze, the OCG for 'La sorcière du placard aux balais', the OSR and orchestre en classe for 'Le petit Tailleur' by Etienne Perruchon, Wilde's Le géant égoïste, Crasse-Tignasse. ..
