Caroline Siméand Morel began studying the cello with Odile Fustier in the Lyon region.

She obtained her cello and chamber music diplomas in the classes of Roger Germser in Lyon, Michel Strauss in Boulogne Billancourt, Henri Demarquette in Paris, Gabor Takacs and François Guye in Geneva.

She has been a member of the Orchester de la Suisse Romande since 2010.

She also plays in chamber formations:
Alongside Jean Guihen Queyras, Grégor Horsch, Véronique Marin: concerts at the Rencontres Musicales de Haute Provence in Forcalquier.
In a cello quartet with his OSR partners Olivier Morel, Jakob Clasen and Laurent Issartel: concerts in Haute Savoie.
Alongside Ophélie Gaillard, Joël Marosi and the Swiss Cellists: concerts in Geneva.
