Florence Alayrac

Originally an actress and graduate of the Paris Conservatoire, Florence holds a DEM in operatic singing from the CRR 93. She has performed on stage in operatic roles in a variety of operetta and opera repertoires, and has also received guidance from R. Raimondi, N. Stutzmann and K. Deshayes. Deshayes. Since 2010, she has been directing, acting and coaching young singers ( Bolshoi's Young Artists Opera Program, Théâtre Impérial de Compiègne, Théâtre des Champs Elysées, Opéra de Paris-Palais Garnier...) in parallel with the productions in which she performs (Florence has sung and acted with New La Comédie Musicale Improvisée, at the Grand Point Virgule and Bobino theaters in Paris for 12 seasons).
Since 2014, she has taken part in the staging and directing of the prestigious Paris Opera Competition. 
Since its creation, she has collaborated on the staging of Rendez-vous Conte, the participative programming of L'Orchestre Victor Hugo (le Compositeur est mort, Les trois messes basses, le carnaval gastronomique des animaux, le Chandail, la Poupée du Loup...) and created and staged Discor'Danses with l'Orchestre Prométhée as part of the Moments lyriques de Chartres festival directed by Eve Ruggieri. This season, she will direct Rossini's La Scala di Seta with the Victor Hugo Orchestra conducted by JF Verdier in collaboration with the Freiburg Hochschule. Florence Alayrac promotes music for all, creating, adapting and staging numerous programs, and developing educational workshops around her productions.
