Do I need to have a COVID Certificate to attend a concert?
The presentation of a Certificate is no more required.
For more information on how to obtain a certificate following vaccination or recovery from COVID, please consult the website of the relevant canton:

Do I need to wear a mask?
Wearing a mask is now optional inside establishments, including in OSR concert halls.
Is disinfectant gel available?
Disinfectant gel is available at the entrance to each venue.
Can I buy tickets on the night of the concert?
The ticket office is open on concert nights at the venue one hour before each concert. When purchasing a ticket at the concert hall, you may be asked to provide your contact details in order to allow us to contact all spectators if required by the health authorities. In this case, the personal information provided is destroyed 14 days following the concert.
Tickets are also available for purchase on our website and in the sales outlets of the City of Geneva's cultural service.
Can I buy a programme on the evening of the concert?
Programmes will be available online one week before each concert on https://programme.osr.ch/
It is also possible to buy a printed programme on the evening of the concert for the subscription series O, and S, and for concerts outside the subscription series.
Our programmes are currently only availble in french, but a basic translation can be obtained by using an app such as e.g. Google translate.
Can I have a snack on site and leave my coat in the cloakroom?
The cloakrooms open one hour before each concert.
Both the bar at the Victoria Hall and at the Salle Métropole are open before the concert and during the interval.

By buying a ticket you accept our terms and conditions.
What if a concert is cancelled?
If a concert is cancelled, your ticket will be fully refunded. Your subscription will be refunded pro-rata.
