Do I need to have a COVID Certificate to attend a concert?
The presentation of a COVID Certificate and piece of identity is required to enter each of our concert venues, except for audience members under the age of 16. A COVID Certificate can be obtained after following a course of vaccination, recovering from the illness, or following a negative test result (PCR or anti-gen).

We advise you to arrive 45 minutes before the start of the concert to allow time for these additional welcome procedures.

Do I need to wear a mask?
Following the decisions from the canton of Geneva, it is now mandatory to wear a mask indoors, including concert halls used by the OSR.

Information for our concerts in Lausanne will follow shortly.

Is disinfectant gel available?
Disinfectant gel is available at the entrance to each venue. 

Can I buy tickets on the night of the concert?
The ticket office is open on concert nights at the venue one hour before each concert. When purchasing a ticket at the concert hall, you will be asked to provide your contact details in order to allow us to contact all spectators if required by the health authorities. In this case, the personal information provided is destroyed 14 days following the concert.

Tickets are also available for purchase on our website and in the sales outlets of the City of Geneva's cultural service.

Can I buy a programme on the evening of the concert?
Programmes will be available online one week before each concert on https://programme.osr.ch/

It is also possible to buy a printed programme on the evening of the concert for the subscription series O, and S, and for concerts outside the subscription series.

Our programmes are currently only availble in french, but a basic translation can be obtained by using an app such as e.g. Google translate.

Can I have a snack on site and leave my coat in the cloakroom?
The cloakrooms of the Victoria Hall open at 6.30pm before each concert, however the bar is unfortunately closed until further notice.

Tickets
By buying a ticket you accept our terms and conditions. 

What if a concert is cancelled?
If a concert is cancelled, your ticket will be fully refunded. Your subscription will be refunded pro-rata.
